Moray Reach Out is a social enterprise in Moray, a beautiful area in the Northeast of Scotland.  Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming business environment that strives for excellence while also increasing empowering opportunities and work experience for adults with learning disabilities and promotes health and wellbeing for all. 

Our team produces beautiful hand-crafted products made from wool, wood, and recycled materials.   We are looking for a new team member who will promote our products and services, helping build a new project accessing online platforms to attract a broader customer base.


£17,908 – £20,792 (36.25 hours/week)

A NEW and exciting post, initially funded for one year by Scottish Government’s Adapt & Thrive fund, with a view to it becoming a permanent role following its first year of success.   We are looking for someone with drive, enthusiasm, and experience of working with digital media platforms to promote our MRO products and services.  The end goal will be to help develop our very own online shop!

Strong digital media experience, communication and people skills are necessary attributes for this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to connect with all our team members, especially our trainees – adults with learning disabilities – in our welcoming social enterprise, supporting them to pick, pack and post the products on receipt of orders.

You should be a team player who will work with others towards our joint vision of empowering lives in our ever evolving and growing organisation.
